AMF Mortgage Broker Training Program
Fall 2023 Start Date: November 7, 2023
The Mortgage Broker Qualification Program is a short training program that prepares learners to write the AMF qualification exam in order to exercise the profession of Mortgage Broker in Québec.
Program Objectives
- To understand key concepts and acquire the necessary competencies to perform the duties of a Mortgage Broker in Québec.
- To prepare learners to write the Mortgage Broker qualification exam from l’ “Autorité des Marchés Financiers” (AMF).
Program Duration
- 83.5 hours over an 11-week period.
- Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm and Saturday morning from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Training Mode
- On Site, at Champlain College – Saint Lambert campus.
- Language of training: English
Start Date
- Tuesday, November 7, 2023 to Saturday, February 10, 2024, with a holiday break from December 17 to January 8.
Admission Criteria
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Have obtained a minimum of a high school diploma.
- Meet other conditions as established by the “Autorité des Marchés Financiers” (AMF).
