Champlain’s RAC services can help individuals obtain a DEC (Diplôme d’études collégiales) by assessing their current competencies, and providing them with training for the ones they are lacking.
Duration: 2 to 6 months for Program Specific competencies. An additional 12-21 months for General Education competencies.
Duration varies according to each candidate’s experience and availability.

Mode of delivery: Online
Schedule: Seminars and other activities and are offered on evenings and weekends.
RAC for Office Administration and Management Technology is for people who are currently employed or have acquired many years of experience in high level administrative positions or having worked or be currently working as coordinators or managers in various types of organizations. Often, they work, or have been working in positions such as:
Champlain’s RAC services can help individuals obtain a DEC (Diplôme d’études collégiales) by assessing their current competencies, and providing them with training for the ones they are lacking.
An AEC (Attestation d’études collégiales) option also exists at Champlain, RAC for Office Administration.
RAC services in Administration and Management Technology are offered for the 21 program specific competencies (divided into compulsory common core and specific competencies). Seventeen of the competencies are compulsory competencies and four are specific to our educational institution.

Although not an admission requirement, please see the new French-language requirements for certification for DEC programs in English.
Maximum $575* for program specific competencies.
*There are no additional fees to use online resources, receive support from content specialists, or to attend seminars and work sessions. Maximum cost is only applicable to Quebec residents. Additional costs for General Education competencies.
The fees for International Students and Non-Residents of Quebec are those listed here for Part-time students: Continuing Education Costs – Champlain College – Saint Lambert. The total number of hours of the Office System Technology program to calculate the cost is 2385 hours.
To take advantage of the RAC process, candidates must pay certain fees. The fees are based on the number of evaluations that a Quebec resident candidate has to complete, and may vary from one person to another.
