Students Learn the Realities of the Transportation Sector through Visit

Students from Group 12 of the Transportation Logistics program in Continuing Education at Champlain College Saint-Lambert visited Groupe Guilbault Transport in Boucherville on April 22.

Led by Gabriel Paquet and Tracey Raimondo, the visit allowed students to gain a better understanding of operations, management, and the realities of the transportation sector as part of their training in customer service and sales.

“It was a pleasure to welcome the group and to engage with such interested and committed students. These meetings are always enriching, and we are happy to be able to contribute, in a modest way, to their academic journey,” said Chantal Domingues, Executive Assistant at Groupe Guilbault Transport.

This visit was organized as part of the course Customer Service and Sales in Logistics by Jean-Pierre Castell, professor and expert advisor in transportation and logistics.
