On July 10, 2025, our group of 14 students completed the almost year-and-a-half-long ECE COUD (Work/Study) program.
Subsidized by the Quebec government, this program enables individuals wishing to become childcare workers to combine work and study through alternating between paid online training three days a week with paid work in daycare centres two days a week.
The students will finish the last portion of the competencies through the RAC Process (Recognition of Acquired Competencies).
“The thing I enjoyed the most was being able to put in place what we learned in the daycare right away,” said one of the students.
“It was an incredible program. I hope more passionate aspiring educators will take the course,” added another student.
We wish all our graduates a rewarding career in the Early Childhood Education field.
