Interested in becoming a residential real estate broker? You could be starting your journey towards a new career with the next cohort of our Residential Real Estate Brokerage program, scheduled to begin on September 9, 2024.
The purpose of this AEC program is to train future real estate brokers and prepare them to write the licensing exam for the Organisme d’autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ).
Anyone wishing to take the OACIQ exam must first successfully complete a recognized basic training program, and Champlain College’s AEC in Residential Real Estate Brokerage is basic training recognized by the OACIQ that allows for registration for the residential real estate brokerage certification examination.
This cohort consists of a mix of online and onsite classes and is tuition-free for Quebec residents.
An information session for the program is being offered on June 18th, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. (online via Zoom).
