There is a new cohort of the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) program beginning in January 2024 at Champlain College Saint-Lambert.

This specialized AEC program is college-level training that will enable students to acquire competencies and knowledge about the functioning of individuals with ASD and to properly carry out interventions with them.

You are eligible to apply for this program if you have:

  • An AEC or DEC in Special Care Counseling, Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or Education, and/OR
  • Significant work experience in the field

Students in the program take a mix of online and onsite courses, completing their studies during evenings and weekends.

Your Future Path

The training will enable the graduates of the program to provide specialized support in the context of integration and provide specialized educational assistance services to individuals with ASD, as well as their family and friends.
