If you are a first-year student who could benefit from a one-on-one student mentor, join the Peer Mentorship Program this semester.
Here are just a few reasons to become a mentee:
- Meet new people and make meaningful connections
- Have a supportive mentor to guide you and meet up with you once a week
- Be part of a community through social activities and outings throughout the year
What to expect:
- Be matched with a second or third year student mentor
- A mentor is someone you can talk to on a regular basis, ask questions about the college and student life and who will help guide you
- Meet up with your mentor once a week for a minimum of 30 minutes (talk a walk, chat over lunch or grab a coffee together etc.)
