Official Transcripts

Official transcripts are normally required by an educational institution or an employer. A copy is sent directly to the institution with one student copy sent to the student at the same time as confirmation of the request.  Download our Transcript Request Form in PDF format, fill it in and once completed send your request to: records@crcmail.net.

Transcript Request Fee: $5

Every effort is made to process requests for official transcripts within three days of receiving the request.

Student Copies of Transcripts

A student copy of a transcript for personal use may be obtained by sending an email to: records@crcmail.net.  The student’s name, Champlain I.D. number or date of birth is required.

Obtaining a Copy of a Diploma

Students will receive an email approximately six months after graduating advising them that their official diploma from the Ministère d’Enseignement supérieur, Recherche et Science (MESRS) has arrived at Champlain and is ready to be picked up. (Information about the ceremonial diploma may be obtained from Student Services).

Individuals wishing to obtain a replacement copy of their official diploma must contact MESRS directly. There is no fee. Requests must include the student’s date of birth, permanent code, the college name (Champlain Regional College, Saint-Lambert campus), the reason for requesting a copy, and the mailing address where the diploma is to be sent.
